It's in your shipping confirmation email. Search your inbox, spam and promotions folders for your order number.
Tracking not updating?
Carriers can take a day or two to scan a new parcel, and updates can pause while it crosses borders. That's normal.
Says delivered, but it's not here?
Check your mailbox, reception and with neighbours. Still missing after 24 hours? Reply to your order email and we'll help.

How long does delivery take?

My order shipped in more than one package. Is that normal?
Yes. Orders with several items can ship separately, each with its own tracking number. You'll get an email for each one.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
